  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    I accept returns on everything except commissioned pieces. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me, hopebainbridgeart@gmail.com, if you wish to process a return. It is so important to me that you are happy with your purchase and that your purchase makes you happy!

  • How much is delivery in the US?

    For smaller artworks on paper, shipping is included in the US. For larger canvases, it varies, you will be billed separately for shipping. I recommend having larger canvases shipped rolled up in a tube, it is much less expensive. I do all my shipping through UPS, as it is 100% insured when they package the items. I can always receive a quote to let you know how much it would cost to have the item boxed versus in a tube.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    I do! Shipping can be arranged if you live outside of the US. Please contact me directly- hopebainbridgeart@gmail.com.

  • How long will my piece take to arrive?

    Orders are processed within 2-7 business days and North America standard shipping is 5-7 days after order is processed. International shipping times will vary.
